Personal Use License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes use on social media with proper credit, as avatars, or for printing for personal enjoyment.
Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the commissioned artwork, including but not limited to merchandise, promotional materials, or reselling, is strictly prohibited unless a separate commercial license is negotiated.
Resale and Redistribution: Redistribution, resale, or modification of the artwork is not permitted without explicit written consent from BlueRhapsodyy.
Credit Requirements: When displaying the commissioned artwork online, clients must provide proper credit to BlueRhapsodyy, linking back to the artist's website or social media profiles.
Alteration Policy: Clients may not alter the commissioned artwork without prior permission. This includes but is not limited to adding text, filters, or additional artwork.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided under specific circumstances, such as the inability of the artist to complete the work or mutual agreement to terminate the commission. Deposits may be non-refundable.
Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit is required before work on the commission begins. Payment is accepted through PayPal©, Zelle©, Venmo© or Cash App©.
Turnaround Time: Estimated turnaround time will be provided upon commission acceptance. Delays may occur due to complexity, workload, or unforeseen circumstances, and clients will be notified in such cases.
Rights to Display: BlueRhapsodyy retains the right to display commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is requested by the client.
Mature Content: Commissions involving mature or explicit content will only be accepted from clients aged 18 or older. Proof of age may be required.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law: All agreements and disputes will be governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any legal disputes will be resolved in the United States of America.
Amendments: BlueRhapsodyy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may affect ongoing commissions.
Acceptance of Terms
By commissioning artwork from BlueRhapsodyy, clients agree to the terms outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action.
